Once a donation is made through our website or payment link, it is generally considered final. However, we understand that errors can occur.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If the donation was made due to a technical error in the payment gateway (double-charging).
• If an unauthorized transaction was made using your credentials (verified by your bank).
• If the donor accidentally entered a wrong amount (e.g., an extra zero).

4. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet).
